hi
i have a clay pipe that runs into my house under ground which was put there when the house was built in 1930s and the electrice mains runs through it and it has been leeking water into my house under the floors for sometime but we only just found it my floors are roten so we had to rip them up what i would like to know is . is the pipe that the cable runs through the electrice companys responsibility or mine

This cannot be answered without seeing the title deeds and documents and quite probably entering into correspondence with the electric company and seeing what they say, as well, I am afraid.
