Hi Marc, You would be surprised how many people ask that question! I am afraid that I would have to say that your friend should contact his insurance company regarding his premiums as we cannot give advice. However, if you have suffered a genuine personal injury and the driver was to blame then you shouldn't feel guilty about making a claim. That is what insurance is for isn't it?
If you need any further advice or you want to talk then get in touch 0800 877 8978 or click on www.clickaccidents.co.uk

Many Thanks, Michael
