Me and my husband have been approved on a home buy direct scheme for a new house, what happens with moving in dates and can we say when it needs to be? Is there anything legally binding that we need to know? We are currently renting and need to give a months notice where we live now otherwise we lose our £800 deposit, also financially we cant do it yet as we will fall short of the money and are due to go on holiday in 2 weeks abroad the latest date we can do is the end of july. Any help please?
