in may i entered into an iva as having broken my wrist i struggled with bills etc. i changed my bank account and notified work. in june i was paid into the correct new account. in july the company changed payroll offices i was paid into the old account and lost over £200 in fees etc but they transferred the rest into my new bank account. i informed work and filled the paper work out again. yet again this month im paid into wrong bank account and because of iva i have no access to it. work are now saying they cant recall it. i need my wages to pay my mortgage, i filled out the correct forms 3 times and i was paid into the correct account before the change of payroll office. what can i do?? please help

Other than speaking to the administrator of the IVA - I don't really see what you can do, I am afraid. I am not entirely clear as to why you can't access it. I assume the new account was set up as a kind of "lifeboat" account? I would take the matter further for what it is worth with payroll, - OK they may not be able to recall it - but I suppose if there is a genuine reason that you cannot possibly get access to it, then the argument is not really that different to their having paid the wrong person really - they have not paid you. It is a difficult one though as they wil say it was a genuine mistake and the money went into your account.
