Dear Sir /Madam, 21.10.2011

Please help me and advise me on the following questions.
1,Must a formal agreement for sale and purchase of property in London England, signed with the seller,a private limited company in
London,be executed as a deed and be registered in tne Land Registry under English law?
2,If an agreement for sale and purchase of property ,signed with the seller,a private limited company in London ,has been signed with only one signature by the seller, without the seal of the company affixed to the agreement, without the name and occopation title of the
signatory, without a witness and a witness's attestation signature, except for the name and signature of the buyer,is the agreement
valid and binding under English law?
3,If the agreement is invalid and not binding, will all the other agreements such as the mortgage agreement, the lease agreement and the assignment agreement become invalid and not binding?
4,Must an agreement for sale and purchase of property in London signed with the seller,a private limited company, have signatures of two directors,or signature of one director ,in the presence of one secretary, who attests the director's signature ,in oder to be valid and binding under English law?
Thank you vey much.

Yours sincerely,
