hello there my daughter has been trying to find a new solicitor to represent her in her child case [ her 4 children are in care ] , she did have a solicitor but unfortunately my daughter did not feel she was being represented fully [ with respect i myself witnessed this in court , it seemed the solicitor was afraid of the judge & despite having firm evidence to disprove the local authoritries legal representative would just sit down & not argue these critical matters ] my daughter therefore has parted ways with her solicitor & has been trying without success to find another , she is in court on monday she is terrified can anyone please advise ? thank you for your help

This is a specialist area and one which she needs local help, from lawyers well versed in family/public law. Someone near to where she lives, with appropriate accreditations would help. You can have a search on the law society's database http://www.lawsociety.org.uk/choosingandusing/findasolicitor.law may assist.

Best of luck.
