The ivy that grows from my neighbours property has caused £2500+ worth of damage to my roof. Please can you tell me if they are liable to pay for the damage caused? Or perhaps the cost of removing the ivy?

Thanks

Quite possibly. I wonder if the ivy and its intrusion was noticed and whether the neighbours were asked to cut it back before the damage was done? Clearly you will need some form of expert evidence to deal with the issue of the damage caused by the ivy.
