21/11/2011 14:43:35 patching98 Posts: 1	I helped a friend out last year and became guarantor & signed an 6 month agreement that ended back in June 2011. she was supposed to be evicted in september as she did not pay rent but now I have been told that she will be stayng in the property & I need to stay as guarantor until decides to move out !! So the company did not evict her ?? I got a copy of the agreement I signed in December 2010. It clearly states term - 19/12/2010 to 18/06/2011 but the letting agent is telling me that I cannot get out of the contract that it states -If you read the guarantor agreement it states that you are liable for all the time she is in the property it is not possible unless she leaves in the case of any extended, renewed or regranted tenancy. PLEASE HELP
