I had got a tattoo that I wanted to remove by non-laser treatment which I did found and thought was suitable for me. I went to the clinic for consultation and got a pre-test to make sure I was not allergic to the fluid for which I had to pay. Everything was fine with the test and I thought to go ahead with the treatment. I did two sessions for the removal and was to get my third one on October,2011. But when I contacted the clinic to book the appointment, I didn't receive any call. So to make sure, I further send 2 emails but so far it has been two months and no reply has come back. Not only has the treatment been left incomplete, the treatment has left my skin scarred. So what can I do in this situation?

I think you will have to seek treatment elsewhere and see what the position is with regard to the first company. Perhaps a call and a letter beforehand though? You could probably sue the first company for breach of contract/negligence, but whether this is worth this depends on whether they are worth suing and/or whether they are insured.
