Hello, I had a bankruptcy petition against me dismissed, because it was against a substantially disputed debt. I was awarded costs. As a litigant in person, I have drawn up my bill and sent it by special delivery to the petitioner. It was returned as "refused". Could someone advise what are the correct steps to getting paid costs? For example, should I tell the court if the former petitioner suddenly gets a bout of shyness? Thanks for your help Simon
