Hi I have been moved out of the home that I shared with my ex partner for about 3 years and we are both named on the mortgage. I now have a new partner and children and i want to be able to buy our own home, but can not because I am still named on the mortgage with my ex partner. The house with my ex partner is on the market to be sold but my partner is making no effort to sell it as her and her new partner are living there, but it is preventing me from moving on in my life. Is there anything at all I can do to come off the mortgage or to make my ex partner drop the price of the house to help it sell??
